By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:

 THE FLIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE ONBOARD NEGUS 747 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The below terms are in addition to any other terms shown on the Event website.

The Organisers advise that due to the nature of the aircraft, access is limited to a set of stairs approximately 2 stories high, where guests with mobility issues may find it difficult to access. Unfortunately, wheelchair and pushchair access is not possible due to the nature of the aircraft. All guests enter at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear and clothing. High heels are not permitted, neither are pushchairs or other bulky items. Limited pushchair parking will be provided, and patrons may use this at their own risk. 

 

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. Tickets can be purchased via the link on our website. The ticket purchaser is responsible for ordering to ensure timely receipt of their ticket and that their tickets are for the desired date and time. Tickets cannot be altered if incorrect ones have been purchased.  Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Event Organiser of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. Tickets are valid for one set time session only. 

The Early Bird pricing is limited, once this limit has been reached (whether this be time or ticket quantity), the Early Bird pricing will end and the General Admission ticket price will be applied. The organisers reserve the right to alter or change this offer at any time. 

If you wish to split your payments, please select this option. Your booking will be split into 3 payments, you will pay one instalment and any applicable fees at the time of checkout, another instalment on 31st July and the final instalment will be taken on the 30th September. If the balance is not paid by this date, your ticket will be released back into the system. 

Please note that if you fail to successfully meet your payment plan deadlines, then you will not be entitled to a refund and any monies paid will be lost. 

You will receive your e-ticket once your final payment has been completed. Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry to the experience if the final payment ticket is not presented. 

 

ADMISSION & ENTRY RIGHTS

You must present the tickets issued to you for entry to the Experience. Failure to do so may result in the management's right to deny entry to you and your guests.

The Experience operates on a strict timetable, and you and your guests must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Entry may be refused if you arrive late, and late entry will result in missed activities.

 You must follow all instructions given by The Flight Before Christmas staff at the Location, as well as comply with applicable health and safety rules and any security requirements in place.

Our staff may refuse entry to or remove individuals from the experience if their presence creates a potential health and safety or security concern or significantly detracts from other guests' enjoyment. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Staff will not allow a minor to board without an adult. 

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Our goal is to ensure you and your group have an enjoyable experience at The Flight Before Christmas, which is the result of significant investment, innovation, and a commitment to providing a premium Christmas experience. The immersive experience is centered around Negus, a retired Boeing 747.

By purchasing tickets or attending the Experience, you acknowledge and agree to respect our intellectual property rights and not use any part of the Experience for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

If you observe anyone not adhering to these Terms, please notify our staff to help ensure everyone can enjoy the Experience.

Below are some guidelines and rules for you and your group to follow:

 

  • Each booking is treated as a separate group, and upon arrival, we will issue each child with an individual passport to use throughout the Experience.

  • For the purposes of the Experience and these Ticketing Terms, a "Child" is someone between 12 months and 18 years old, an "Adult" is someone 18 years or older, and an "Infant" is someone up to and including 12 months. We reserve the right to request proof of age.

  • Each full-paying Child in a family group will receive a gift from Father Christmas and have the opportunity to participate in all activities within the Experience. An adult ticket does not include these activities or gifts.

  • Infants under 12 months can visit for free on an 'spectator' status and do not receive gifts or participate in activities.

  • The timing and sequence of Experience activities are at our sole discretion.

  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the Experience or around the aircraft. There is a dedicated smoking shelter in the AV8 car park. 

  • Except for assistance dogs, no pets or other animals may be brought into the Experience.

  • Although most of the Experience is indoors, it can be chilly onboard the aircraft. We recommend wearing warm winter clothing and appropriate footwear.

  • Please behave appropriately for the duration of the visit.

  • Our goal is to make your visit to The Flight Before Christmas a joyful and unforgettable experience, but we cannot be held responsible for any distress caused by factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions) or any emotional upset or dissatisfaction resulting from the portrayal of characters (including if a child/adult loses their belief in Father Christmas). Additionally, the appearance and availability of The Flight Before Christmas may be subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel elements of the experience without prior notice.
     

Priority Boarding

The gift may differ to the any pictured but will be of a similar quality and style The same applies for the in-flight treat (chocolate coin). 

 

CANCELLED BOOKINGS

Lost, Forgotten or Unused Tickets. No refunds or replacements can be provided for any lost, forgotten or unused grotto tickets. If tickets are lost, please contact info@theflightbeforechristmas.com prior to the date of the event, to allow time for reissuing.

 

CANCELLATION OR ABANDONMENT OF THE EVENT

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the Experience at our sole discretion, including for reasons of safety or security. Tickets are non refundable in any circumstances and it is advisable to take the optional insurance on offer from the ticketing provider. Please ensure you have read the policy wording 

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you and keep you updated on any potential changes, postponements, or cancellations of the Experience. It is recommended that you regularly check our Website (www.theflightbeforechristmas.com) or contact us before the day of your departure to avoid any wasted travel plans or costs.

Except as stated in clause, we shall have no liability whatsoever for any changes, postponements, or cancellations of the Experience, including personal arrangements or expenses (such as travel, accommodation, hospitality, or other costs), loss of enjoyment, disappointment, emotional distress, or any indirect or consequential losses, whether incurred by you or another member of your party.

We reserve the right, without prejudice to our other remedies, to cancel and withdraw any tickets issued to you in the event of any serious or persistent breach of these Terms by you or your party. If such cancellation occurs, no refund will be given, and we may exclude you from future events.

You have a legal right to change your mind and receive a refund within 14 days of completing your booking. However, if you have used the tickets for the Experience, even if the 14-day cooling-off period is still running, you cannot change your mind. If you cancel more than 14 days after your purchase, you are not entitled to a refund of your initial payment. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information about your statutory rights, you may wish to contact Citizens Advice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Non-commercial photography and video recording are allowed throughout the Experience. No Professional photography/Videography without written permission. 

We do not monitor non-professional photography and video recording at the Experience, and therefore cannot be held responsible if you or any of your fellow guests (including children and infants) are featured in someone else's photograph or recording that is later published or distributed.

Please note that we may take photographs and record videos during your visit for promotional purposes. If you do not want to be recorded or filmed, please inform us before your visit by emailing us at info@theflightbeforechristmas.com, and inform the staff at the location.


 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

All tickets are sold subject to the Organisers reserving the right to refuse admission to the event to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain at the event and shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are responsible, neither the Organisers of the event, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to guests or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. 

 

DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, all data collected will be securely stored and shall not be kept for longer than 1 year. As part of our service to you, we would like to advise you that the details of your transaction will be retained on our database to provide a record of your transaction, and to facilitate the correct handling of this and future bookings. 

Your contact information may be used to provide further information about this event and other associated events from this organiser. However, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe to any such communications. NORTHERN LIGHTS SESSIONS

Northern Light sessions are dedicated SEN sessions, where the Organiser is able to adapt the event to meet individual needs. This may mean that the session is quieter, has reduced lighting, reduced noise, or has any other alteration that is deemed necessary to ensure inclusion for all guests. Tickets for these sessions will need to be booked separately from a regular session. 

Free carer tickets are available for these Northern Light sessions only, supporting the session to provide the best possible guest experience. Proof of PIP or Disability Living Allowance will need to be provided as proof of eligibility. Please contact christmas@cotswoldairport.com to book a slot in one of these sessions. 

 

Adult Ticket Conditions 

Any persons aged 18 upwards is eligible for the adult ticket. These tickets include a gift, cup of hot mulled wine and a mince pie, which cannot be exchanged for any monetary value. 

 

Child Ticket Conditions 

Any young persons under the age of 18 is eligible for the child ticket. Within this ticket, children will receive a gift from Father Christmas and a teddy, which they build onsite during the experience. 

 

Gift and Additional Gift Options 

Each child ticket will include a gift from Father Christmas and a teddy which the children will make in the Toy Workshop. This gift cannot be exchanged for any monetary value. 

Guest Behaviour 

No member of staff should be required to deal with any customer who is showing threatening, abusive or violent behaviour. This can be via face-to-face, over the phone, or any other correspondence. The Organiser reserve the right to refuse entry to site, or remove members of the public from site who display these behaviours.  

 

CCTV 

The Organiser would like to make all guests aware that 24 hour CCTV is in use throughout the airfield and onboard the aircraft. This is to maintain the safety of all staff and members of the public, as well as ensuring the safety of the site. 

 

Dogs 

Whilst Cotswold Airport is dog friendly, no dogs, except for support/assistant dogs, are permitted onboard. This is in the interest of animal welfare.
